- My experience with families through my work and my own personal experiences growing my family has connected me deeply to a belief that families need reliable support.I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in NY and MA, Attachment and Trauma Focused Trained , a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.I have had the privilege to work within the adoption field for over 15 years, assisting families through the adoption process from initial inquiry through post placement. I have provided parent education on special needs adoption, home study and post placement services, child behavior consulting as well as child and family support post adoption.I hope to be able to take my education and experience and help others through the lifelong journey of adoption.I frequently speak at adoption related conferences, provide adoption related workshops for families, as well as provide pre and post adoption support.
