Post-Adoption Consultation & Counseling
Is is an adoption thing or not? Support post adoption is valuable. Parenting is challenging and concerns are part of the journey. I can provide support and resources as you discover your parenting style, navigate adoption or attachment issues and generally assist with parenting concerns.
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, is the first yoga program worldwide listed as an evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma with SAMHSA-NREPP. TCTSY has foundations in Trauma Theory, Attachment Theory, Neuroscience and Hatha Yoga practice, with an emphasis on body-based yoga forms and breathing practices. TCTSY is open to all people of all ages regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, body type and physical ability.
Upcoming series will be offered at Shinebright, Collegetown location in March 2023.
Developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, Massachusetts, Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is a program of Center for Trauma and Embodiment at Justice Resource Institute.
TCTSY is an empirically validated, clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
